Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information is collected when you browse binovar.ai or contact us, why we use it, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It was written in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations (including Amendment 13) and, where they apply to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Who we are
This website is operated by BINOVAR ("BINOVAR", "we"), a software house that builds websites, apps, systems, AI agents and automations. We are responsible for the information collected through the site. For any privacy question, write to hello@binovar.ai.
Information you give us
- Contact form: full name, email address, the service you are interested in, budget range (optional) and your message.
- Blog comments: the name you choose and the comment. Please note that comments are published on the site and visible to everyone.
- WhatsApp, email or phone: whatever you choose to share with us in the conversation.
You are under no legal obligation to give us information. It is up to you, but without basic contact details we cannot get back to you.
Information collected automatically
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics): only if you accept cookies in the consent banner. This includes pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site. We use it only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and improve it. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in "consent denied" mode and stores no cookies.
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): our forms use a security check that tells people from bots. To do this it processes technical data such as IP address and browser characteristics.
- Blog likes and comments: to prevent duplicates and spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address, request time and browser type) for security and operations.
- Local browser storage: we save your language, your cookie choice and your accessibility settings in your browser. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use information
- To get back to you, understand your needs and prepare a suitable proposal.
- To provide the services you ordered and manage our business relationship.
- To improve the site and the browsing experience.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent. You can always ask us to stop.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Hostinger: website hosting and email.
- Google: Google Analytics, subject to your consent.
- Cloudflare: spam and bot protection on forms.
- Meta (WhatsApp): when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- OpenAI: on pages with an AI chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. Please do not enter sensitive information in the chat.
We will also disclose information if required by law or by an order of a competent authority. Links to our social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) lead to external sites governed by their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Israel, for example in the European Union and the United States. Transfers are made in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, to providers committed to an adequate level of protection.
Cookies
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject statistics cookies. If you reject them, no Google Analytics cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time with the button below, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and contact details are kept as long as needed to handle your request and manage our relationship, and afterwards only as required by law (for example, for accounting). Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our account and then deleted automatically. Blog comments are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised people and keeping keys and credentials outside the site's code. No system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Your rights
- Access: ask what information we hold about you.
- Correction and deletion: ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or outdated, or to delete it.
- Opt out of marketing: ask us not to send you marketing messages.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you gave, for example for cookies.
If you are in the European Union or Brazil, you also have your rights under the GDPR or LGPD, including the right to object to or restrict processing and to receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@binovar.ai. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
Our site and services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you learn that a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service to the site or the law changes. The current version will always be on this page, with the last update date at the top.
